SHIPPING INFORMATION

A. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

· Processing time: 1-3 Business Day

· United States: 5-7 working days

· Shipping time: 14~30 Business Day

B. Shipping methods: 

In general,the parcel sent to USA will arrive for you within 2-7 business days after we take the order. It needs around 1-3 business days for us to prepare the products.So please be at ease if there is still no shipping confirmation information sent to you. If there's anything wrong with your parcel, we will send you messages in 5 business days.
But please allow several days delay if it's during special offer or promotion.

To the other countries, the shipping time depends on the distance between our shipping warehouse and the customer's address.
In general,it will arrive between 10 - 30  business days.
Melotough has our own warehouses suppliers all over the world. Delivery times are beyond our control, but we assure you that we only work with reliable suppliers to give you the best service.

◆ You could cancel your order before we ship out your order.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances out of our control. C. Shipping fee: 

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
